4. Triple / Quad are to be shared with 2 beds; child (under 12 yrs) shares bed with adults and will be charged with tour fare
5. Service charge of $40 per room per night will be added if you opt to stay at a specific hotel
6. All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee)
7. Please bring Visa/MasterCard for the hotel incidental deposits
8. Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person. Any additional luggage may be charge of $35 per piece
9. Free YVR airport transfer time (scheduled operation): 8:00am-9:30pm (Type A & B Hotel) or 8:00am-8:00pm (Type D Hotel)

• Over 30 days prior to departure date - handling charge $50 per person
• 23-30 days prior to departure date - refund 70% of the tour fare
• 15-22 days prior to departure date - refund 50% of the tour fare
• No refund within 14-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services
• We reserve the rights to cancel the tours without liability 14 days prior to departure, and reschedule the tours or refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a group.
