Optional Sulphur Mountain Gondola ride for a panoramic view of Banff and the stunning winter scenery (alternative: Lake Louise Gondola if Sulphur Mountain Gondola is closed). Arrive in Banff in the afternoon for free shopping and enjoy the hot springs (optional admission, bring swimwear and towels).

• Meals, admission (must be prepaid), air fares, travel insurance, personal expenses, visa/valid passport (if applicable), fuel surcharge and tips to tour coordinator & driver gratuities (Vancouver Arrival Transfer: $10/person; Mini City Tour: $10/person; YVR Departure Transfer: $5/person; Full Day Tour: $20/person/day)

• Free YVR airport transfer time: 8:00am-8:00pm. Free airport shuttle will be reserved if guests arrive outside this period (if applicable)
• Triple and Quad rooms are to be shared with 2 beds; infant occupies a seating and will be charged with tour fare
• Service charge of $40 per room per night will be added if you opt to stay at a specific hotel
• Please bring Visa/MasterCard for the hotel incidental deposits
• All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee)
• Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per guest. Any additional luggage may be charged of $35 per piece

• Tour Cancellation Policy: (All cancellation request must be submitted in writing)
  1. Over 45 days prior to departure date - handling charge $50 per pax
  2. 21-45 days prior to departure date - refund 50% of the tour fare
  3. 8-20 days prior to departure date - refund 25% of the tour fare
  4. No refund within 7-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services

• Hotel upgrades and optional activities (such as FlyOver Canada, Seaplane, Whale Watching Tour, Lake Cruise, etc) are non-changeable and non-refundable for any cancellation.
  
  

• We reserve the rights to cancel the tours without liability 14 days prior to departure, and reschedule the tours or refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a group.
